"We wanted a spot with a ‘locals only’ vibe and we found it at Tarks!!! The wings are as advertised!! Delicious, juicy, wet, and have the perfect level of crisp. The surf and surf featured the best-blackened grouper I’ve ever eaten. Also had oysters and let me tell you they were on point!!! Curly French fries and sweet tea were also great! Atmosphere you have counter seating inside and some tables outside. We sat outside and you get some of the horns honking and revving engines expected on a beach strip, it’s a vibe! The staff are super friendly and efficient. If you sit outside you have to go in to order and they bring it out to you. I’m telling you this was the best food we ate all week! Had to pick up a couple of t-shirts for the road because we loved the place. Give this place a visit, you won’t be disappointed. They have been around for over 50 years for a reason. Cheers!!!"
